Ordering from you was actually a bit of a nightmare. After placing my order on the expectation that it would take 5 working days to arrive, it changed to 5-10 working days. I accepted this because I wanted the item I had ordered. But then, it was actually only sent on the 11th day! I understand the reasoning I was given, but it still isn’t a good enough excuse. If you do not have the material to fulfil the order, tell the client! Or better yet, mark it as out of stock on your website. It’s not fair that I was inconvenienced because of your negligence.
